IBPS RRB VII 2018 Notification

The much-awaited IBPS RRB-VII 2018 Notification has been released for Aspirants who want to apply for the posts of officers scale Iand office assistants (multipurpose).

The online examination will be held in two phases:

  • Preliminary
  • Mains
    • Read Also: Hand Written Notes on Buddhism and Samkhya

    Candidates who apply for the post of office assistants will be provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the main examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.

    You can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. However, you can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III.

    Educational Eligibility

    Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

    1. Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
    2. Computer Knowledge.
    3. Proficiency in local language.

    Officer Scale – I (Assistant Manager)

    1. Degree in any discipline or equivalent, Preference to some streams.
    2. Computer Knowledge.
    3. Proficiency in local language.

    Officer Scale – II (General Banking Officer)

    1. Degree in any discipline or equivalent with min. 50%., Preference to some streams.
    2. Computer Knowledge.
    3. Proficiency in local language.
    4. Two Year Work Experience required.

    Officer Scale – III

    1. Degree in any discipline with min. 50%. Preference to certain streams.
    2. Five Years Work Experience as Officer in Bank etc.

    Age Limit

    • Office Assistants – Above 18 years, Below 28 years.
    • Scale I Officer – Above 18 years, Below 30 years.
    • Scale II Officer – Above 21 years, Below 32 years.
    • For Scale III Officer – Above 21 years, Below 40 years.
